Susan has a Masters of Education degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and boasts an impressive 15-year tenure in organizational development in a variety of industries including private equity, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, software development, furniture retail, television retail, and food processing.
